April 29 – May 1: Can’t Wait to Camp Weekend
We know you’re itching to get out and start your camping season! The Bears are still hibernating so we won't have scheduled activities, but you are still invited to come enjoy our campground for 40% off this weekend. This is a great opportunity to get in touch with nature and maybe teach the kids to cook over the campfire. Plus you can still enjoy a round of mini golf or learn how to play shuffleboard! 
May 6 – 8 Ranger’s in Training Weekend and Mother’s Day Celebration
There are many activities to enjoy on your own this weekend, such as nature hikes, bon fires and mini golf. Our Rec Rangers will be in training so they will have a few planned activities for you, such as crafts, bingo and a Hey! Hey! Ride with Ranger Smith™. Mom, stop by the Lodge for free coffee on Sunday.
May 13 – 15 Jellystone Park™ Welcomes Returning and New Campers
There will be lots to do this weekend, as we officially kick off our 2011 season. We will have discounts on all the new activities we have for you! In the evening, join us for the Park’s Annual Welcome to Our Campground Party (bring a snack or appetizer) that will be followed by music and dancing.
May 20 - 22 Movie Marathon Weekend
Join us as we roll out the Red Carpet and enjoy a weekend of movie madness. And, this year’s Oscar goes to…. YOGI BEAR™! We will be enjoying songs, dances and famous quotes from our favorite movies. Put your memory to the test with our movie trivia game. Take time to star gaze under a beautiful clear sky. You won’t want to miss this star-studded red carpet event.
Starting May 28th until September 4th,
we will have Music and Friday night Bingo every weekend
May 27 - 30 Heroes Weekend
Join the whole gang as they salute our American heroes and super heroes during this extra long Memorial weekend. Test your skills at the super hero training academy. This weekend is filled with super races & super games plus a red/white and blue parade & golf cart decorating contest. Participate in the first youth bags tournament or adult horseshoe tournament of this season.
Although there is more than enough to keep your family busy at Jellystone Park, you may want to visit Fort Atkinson on May 28th or 29th for Fort Koshkonong Rendezvous for a re-enactment of life early in the 1840’s. |

June 3 – 5 Celebrate Wisconsin Heritage
Wisconsin is rich in history, first inhabited by varied Indian tribes and later possessed by the French and the British. Learn about Wisconsin’s Native American culture by participating in special crafts events, games and hiking.
June 10 - 12 Birthday Festivities for Yogi Bear™
Schools out and Yogi Bear™ & his Rec Staff are ready to party! This weekend we are going to celebrate everyone’s birthday. Join us as we kick off the summer by playing lots of fun birthday games, as well as have our usual Friday bingo, Saturday entertainment and Sunday Hey! Hey! Ride.
June 17 – 19 Race Weekend & Father’s Day Celebration
If you love cars and love races you will not want to miss this weekend. No matter what your age, there is a race for you! Bring a box to join in the Jellyopolis 500; and check out our Grand Prix Poker Run. To make our race weekend complete, we will have our special Father’s Day Pinewood Derby Races. Also this weekend is Fort Atkinson Ride the Rock event: Family Ride, 20 mile, 40 mile, 100K and 100K timed event.
JEFFERSON SPEEDWAY
Every Saturday night, from April through September, Southern Wisconsin thunders with the racing action at Jefferson Speedway.
Extend your stay as the fun continues all week long.

June 24 - 26 It’s all Greek to Me
Travel back in time to 480 BC and enjoy a fun weekend filled with chariot races, discus, toga tye-dye (bring your own sheet), pottery painting, tug-o-war and much more. Do you love competition of all sorts? Become an Olympian in our Greek games.

July 1 – 4 Star Spangled Celebration
Join the Jellystone Park™ gang for a three day 4th of July weekend. Show your patriotic spirit by decorating your site, golf cart and even yourself red, white and blue. We will have decorating contests, eating contests, firecracker bingo plus a youth horseshoe tournament on Saturday and adult horseshoe tournament on Sunday.
Extend your stay for the week as we enjoy the Jefferson County Fair July 6th through 10th
July 8 – 10 County Fair Weekend
We are joining the rest of Jefferson County by celebrating their annual Fair with games, Mr. Jellystone Beauty Pageant and fireworks on Lake Koshkonong. Don’t forget to bring items to create your own pig or cow.

July 15 – 17 Christmas Around the World
Travel around the world in only 3 days with our international golf, crafts and games. During the adventure, Santa will stop by for a visit. Don’t forget about our site decorating contest to win a free weekend at Jellystone Park of fort Atkinson!
July 22 – 24 Hawaiian Island Escape
Pull out those grass skirts and get those hips moving for some hula fun. Learn to hula dance, make a lei and create your own hula skirt. For extra fun, there will be a dart tournament on Saturday.
July 29 – 31 Gilbert Brown Event and Hot and Spicy in Mexico
We are turning up the heat as we head south for a “hot” weekend. We will have a taco bar, line dancing, Mexican hat dance lessons, a country western dance and our Annual Salsa Competition. So mix up your hottest recipe and participate in a little heated competition! Join us on Saturday while we spend time with former Super Bowl champion, Gilbert Brown, and raise money for youth programs.

August 5 – 7 Amazon Adventure
Travel with us to the tropical rain forests. The whole campground will have fun as our Rec Rangers “go bananas”. Have fun monkeying-around with our many banana themed activities.
August 12 - 14 African Safari
Come aboard for an adventure into the jungle of lions and tigers and of course –bears, oh, my! Play our snake game, create a safari mask and then take a safari hike. Don’t forget to come “armed” this weekend, as squirt guns are required for having extra fun this weekend. Even adults will get to take a shot at their target in our dart tournament.
August 19 – 21 Down Under in the Australian Outback
Join us for some ‘down under’ fun, as we bring a bit of the Australian Outback to Jellystone Park™. This is guaranteed to be a weekend filled with adventures and excitement. Participate in the ‘Kangaroo Challenge’ and volleyball competition then take time to relax by the pool.
August 26 – 28 Pirates and Princesses of the Caribbean
Whether you are a damsel in distress or a pirate swabbing the deck, there is fun for everyone this weekend. You will search for buried treasure, play enchanted games and dress for costume contest. Adults can join in the fun at our Teen/Adult Dart tournament. This is sure to be a “boat-load” of fun but be careful; you may end up walking the plank!

September 2 – 5 Get Messy Weekend
Even though you may be off work for the long weekend, we plan to work hard at getting messy. Enjoy mud volleyball, mucky musical chairs, down and dirty baseball and many other “messy” activities. We will have a teen dance and karaoke. Better book this weekend of fun early as it the sites always fill up fast.
September 9 - 11 Customer Appreciation & Rest & Relax Weekend
The more you stayed with us this 2011 season, the less you will pay this weekend! Bring the Customer Appreciation Raffle tickets you earned each time you stayed at our Park for a special Customer Appreciation drawing. (Winner must be present at drawing). We will have many store discounts this weekend. Join us for a relaxing weekend of camping and help us “Put the Bears to Bed”.
September 16 - 18 Customer Appreciation & Sneak Peak Weekend
The more you stayed with us this 2011 season, the less you will pay this weekend! Bring the Customer Appreciation Raffle tickets you earned each time you stayed at our Park for a special Customer Appreciation drawing. (Winner must be present at drawing). We will have a ‘Penny Auction’, many store discounts and fun prizes this weekend. You may even get a sneak peak of our upcoming Halloween activities.

Haunted House – Mazes – Trick or Treating

These are just a few of our activities happening during these Spook-tacular weekends. We have themed costume contests every weekend. Don’t forget to bring a bag of candy to share as the children go trick or treating around the park. Get a pumpkin and decorate it from the Count Yogi Pumpkin Patch. Little goblins can enjoy our kid friendly maze while those who are a little more daring can be frightfully thrilled in our haunted house. You can also win a FREE weekend of camping by participating in our site decorating contest.
